I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail at Roberto Hotel, as they not only provided excellent heating throughout the premises ensuring a cozy stay, but also went above and beyond by offering complimentary tea and coffee facilities in the room-a delightful touch that made me feel right at home. The spacious terrace attached to my room allowed for breathtaking views of the surrounding Carpathian Mountains, providing a tranquil setting for enjoying a morning brew. The level of service and comfort truly exceeded my expectations, making my stay a memorable and exceptional experience.
