I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail at Roberto Hotel, as they not only provided excellent heating throughout the premises ensuring a cozy stay, but also went above and beyond by offering complimentary tea and coffee facilities in the room—a delightful touch that made me feel right at home. The spacious terrace attached to my room allowed for breathtaking views of the surrounding Carpathian Mountains, providing a tranquil setting for enjoying a morning brew. The level of service and comfort truly exceeded my expectations, making my stay a memorable and exceptional experience.
